Our Senior Service Engineers are in receipt of their brand new Hilux vehicles, and we can’t wait to show them off! 🌟 Special thanks to Karen Colley at iBrand Signs, for bringing the vans to life with their smart livery – see the final results in the photos below.
At Alpine Fire Engineers, we’re committed to achieving our net zero promise (read here) whilst balancing emergency service response, efficiency and sustainability.
As a critical asset support team our fleet primarily consists of non-ev vehicles for emergency and operational purposes, however we’re actively exploring options to remain as planet friendly as possible 🌍
To offset our diesel usage, we’ve implemented Lightfoot software across all our service vehicles. This cutting-edge technology not only enhances safety but also makes a positive impact on the environment. We are estimated to achieve up to 15% reduction in CO2 emissions, equivalent to a decarbonisation of 33,332 kg of CO2 per year. Our 2023 ESG assessment (read here) clearly identifies our goals for environmental impact and improvement.
We’re proud to take steps towards a more sustainable future while ensuring our service fleet remains efficient and ready for action 365/24/7 – Protecting People, Property and Planet.
