Technical engineers

Meet Andres Cujia

Unlike many Alpine employees Andres has a background in Surveying and Architecture only joining Alpine in July 2019. Despite starting out as a trainee design engineer, his latest job entails modelling an Amazon warehouse, with a base plan of 202,00 ft2, before running a clash detection software to ensure that the design coordinates with other business service models. In order to further his career as a design engineer he is currently working towards the basic, FHC and intermediate design accreditation.

Meet Aaron Arnold

Aaron started out 17 years ago as a fitter’s mate before progressing to site manager. Using this experience, he continued developing his career joining Alpine in 2017 as a project engineer where he ensures all client specifications are met on time and within budget. His latest project is valued at £1.1 million in which ESFR roof, mezzanine and hose reel systems were installed to protect the client’s on-site assets. Last year he enrolled in the site manager safety training scheme and LPCB basic exam, passing both.

Meet Callum McDonald

Callum joined the Alpine Academy at the age of 17 after showing an interest in his Uncles position as an Alpine Senior Service Engineer. Callum ‘graduated’ from his trainee position after 12 months travelling around the UK being mentored by his fellow Service Engineers. Callum has clearly demonstrated his capability in supporting our customers.

With customer service being at the forefront of our values Callum perfectly embodied everything that Alpine stands for.

“Callum’s attitude, behaviour & service was first class, he is a fine ambassador and credit to your company….” Martin Crapper, Director of Health & Safety, Poundstretcher

Leah began working in the industry in 2015 as a Service Administrator, after using this role to gain sprinkler experience, she moved into Small Works, pricing and running jobs.
