Work With Us
Our team make us what we are. This is why we are constantly on the look out for talented people. We foster an environment with teamwork, respect and personal development at it’s core.
Meet Andres Cujia
Andres joined the design engineering team of Alpine in July 2019. Armed with a degree in Architectural Design and Technology he had no previous experience of the fire protection or sprinkler industry.
Andres is supporting the team with his exceptional 3D modelling expertise which enables them to run clash detection software and ensure smooth project delivery. His role also involves collaboration with Architects, Structural Engineers and other building services to assist in on time project delivery. He is currently working towards the basic, FHC and intermediate design accreditation in order to further his Design Engineering career with Alpine.

Meet Aaron Arnold
Aaron started out 17 years ago as an unqualified support member for installation teams, before progressing to Site Manager. Using this practical experience he joined Alpine in 2017 as a Project Engineer where he ensures all client specifications are met on time and within budget. One of his recent projects for Decathlon was a £1.1 million hybrid solution (NFPA, FM Global and LPCB) delivering fire protection to the ESFR roof, mezzanine and hose reel systems. With the support of Alpine, Aaron has enrolled in both the site manager safety training scheme and LPCB basic exam – both of which he has passed with flying colours.

Meet Callum McDonald
Callum joined the Alpine Academy at the age of 17 after showing an interest in his Uncles position as an Alpine Senior Service Engineer. Callum ‘graduated’ from his trainee position after 12 months travelling around the UK being mentored by his fellow Service Engineers. Callum has clearly demonstrated his capability in supporting our customers.
With customer service being at the forefront of our values Callum perfectly embodied everything that Alpine stands for.
“Callum’s attitude, behaviour & service was first class, he is a fine ambassador and credit to your company….” Martin Crapper, Director of Health & Safety, Poundstretcher
