At Alpine Fire Engineers, we strongly believe in the importance of investing in our people, and developing not only their professional growth, but their personal growth too. Our team members are the heart of our success and supporting their development not only strengthens Alpine as a whole but also contributes to a better, more sustainable future for all.
As part of our ongoing dedication to our team’s development, we partnered up with The Apprentice Academy who supported our team through the well-recognised Institute of Learning and Development (ILM) course. This year, we are thrilled to recognise the successes of Aaron Brooks, Lewis Bentley, David Finch, Peter Lock, Leon Farnham and Jared Felton, who have passed their ILM course, with Distinction.
To celebrate this fantastic milestone achieved by our team members, The Apprentice Academy have planted 5 trees in each of their honour. These trees will be planted in the global south, contributing to the restoration of vital ecosystems and supporting the growth of a healthier planet.
These contributions not only support ecological restoration but also underscore Alpine’s role and mission in advancing both the social and environmental causes that define our core values. The journey of our apprentices is a testament to how personal growth can ripple outward, creating a brighter future for both individuals and communities worldwide.
