Alpine awarded Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK and Ireland

Alpine Inspiring Workplaces Award 2025

Alpine has recently been named in the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK and Ireland!

Out of thousands of submissions, Alpine has been recognised alongside organisations like The Alzheimer’s Society, Sony Music UK, NHS and many more. This award celebrates Alpine’s great culture and our unwavering commitment to putting people first.

The Inspiring Workplaces Awards identify organisations that go above and beyond to create a welcoming working environment that fosters community and collaboration. The entries are assessed based on six key facets – Purpose and Culture, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Employee Voice, Experience – each component should work harmoniously to create an inspiring workplace.

At Alpine, we understand that a strong company culture is essential for a thriving team and business. We strive to create a positive workplace through various initiatives. For example, we organise environmental clean-up days, allowing employees to take a break from their workloads and contribute to a positive cause. Additionally, our Alpine trainee programme is open to everyone, providing an opportunity for individuals to expand their skills or learn new ones. Participants can explore different departments, helping them find the right role and connect with the right people to support their growth.

Initiatives like these have significantly increased employee engagement, productivity, and overall success at Alpine. We have also achieved similar awards that celebrate our people-focused culture, such as The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.

Each individual at Alpine embodies our seven values: People-Focused, Integrity, Teamwork, Exceptional Customer Service, Humility, Expertise and Dedication. Without their commitment, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

The judges commented: “Alpine demonstrates an outstanding commitment to employee wellbeing, leadership, development and a people-driven culture – an impressive, people-centric entry with a strong foundation for future growth and continued excellence.”

Claire Owens, Group Managing Director at Alpine Fire Ltd and DAS Fire Ltd comments: “We are honoured to be recognised as one of the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in the UK and Ireland. We take pride in prioritising our colleagues, and since 97% of our team would recommend Alpine as a great place to work, I believe we have successfully created an positive and vibrant work environment.

“Achieving this award affirms that when you put people at the heart of your business, everyone is given the opportunity to thrive and succeed.”

“Our ongoing commitment to fostering an inspiring culture is aiding our growth plans to attract and retain top talent and boost morale. We continue to strive to enhance our reputation as an excellent place to work.”
